½ cup soy sauce
⅓ cup water
¼ cup sugar
2 T. sesame oil
4 green onions with tops, sliced
1 cup white onion, sliced
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 T. sesame seeds
1 tsp. red pepper flakes(for spicy)
2½ lbs. party chicken wings

Directions:

In a medium shallow glass baking pan, mix the first nine ingredients. Add chicken wings; coat well. Cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally. Remove chicken to a broiler pan; discard marinade. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes. Turn and bake about 20 minutes longer or until tender.
Makes about 16 to 20 appetizers.
