3 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, vanilla, sugar and oil. Add dry stuff. Add nuts and zucchini. Bake in 2 greased loaf pans at 325 degrees for 50 or 60 minutes.
