1/4 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup of packed brown sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 pork tenderloins

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place soy sauce, brown sugar, cinnamon and olive oil in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal, and shake to mix. Place pork in the bag with marinade; seal, and refrigerate for 6 to 12 hours.

2. Heat up the "Q", and oil the grill.

3. Cook tenderloins for 20 min on medium heat, lid down, rotating every 5 minutes.

4. Slice into medallions and serve.
