2-3 pears, sliced thin
pecan halves toasted at 300 degrees for 15 minutes
8 oz gorgonzola cheese
golden raises or cranberries

Dressing:
3 T. balsamic vinegar
2 T. red wine vinegar
3/4 c. olive oil
2 T. walnut oil
