2 Cups Flour (3 Cups Thick Crust) (more if necessary)
1 Cup Water (more if necessary)
1 pinch of salt
1 Packet Dry Yeast
oil for bowl

Directions:
Proof the yeast
Mix the yeast in a bowl with 1/2 cup of warm to hot water, wait 10min till foam starts to form on the top.

Dough

Mix the flour ,water, salt, and dough in a large bowl, add flour and water as necessary till dough does not stick to hands, keep kneading for approx 5 mins. slam the dough down on the counter top multiple times to active the gluten in the flour.

Rise the Dough

Grease with oil a large glass bowl and place the dough in to sit. Cover the bowl with a towel that has been saturated with warm water. (Make sure that towel is not dripping water on the dough). Let sit for 1 hour.

Cook the Pizza

Pre Heat Oven to has HOT as it can go (Ours goes to 550 deg F)

Grease pizza pan with oil to prevent burning of the crust.
Cover and top with favorite foods, and cook for 10-15min depending on oven temperature.
