3 c. sugar
1 c. white Karo corn syrup
1 c. water
3 c. pecans or peanuts, chopped
1/2 c. butter
pinch salt
1 c. whipping cream
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, syrup and water to hard-boil stage (255º). Add butter, salt and cream. Cook this to soft boil stage (240º). Add nuts and vanilla. Beat until stiff enough to take up by teaspoons and drop on foil.
