3 tsp. Dijon-flavored mayonnaise (I also use just spicy mustard)
6 slices rye bread
3 (1oz) slices deli swiss cheese
1 medium (3/4) avocado, peeled, pitted, mashed
1 cup sauerfraut, well-drained
2 tbsp butter, softened

Directions:
Directions:
1. Spread 1/2 tsp mayo on 1 side of each slice of bread.
2. Assemble each sandwich, layer 1 slice bread, mayo side up, with 1 slice cheese, 1/4 cup avocado and 1/3 c sauerkraut. Top with 1 slice bread, mayo side down.
3. Melt 1 tbsp. butter in 12-inch skillet until sizzling. Place sandwiches in skillet. Spread remaining butter on tops of each sandwich. Cook over medium heat, turning once, until bread is toasted and cheese is melted (6 to 8 minutes).
