3# pork roast
3 sweet potatoes, peeled and chunked
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. apple pie spice
1 tsp. salt
1 C. apple cider
1 C. dry white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook 8 hours on low or 5-6 hours on high.
Remove to platter and slice, keep warm in very low oven.
Pour broth into sauce pot, thicken with cornstarch roux and serve with meat.
