4 bacon slices
1 cup chopped onions
1/s cup chopped green pepper
1 can diced tomatoes - 8 oz.
1 can tomato sauce 8 oz.
2 tsp sugar
1-2/3 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp. Cook onions and peppers in bacon fat. Combine all ingredients (reserve some bacon bits and cheese).

Bake in casserole 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Top with bacon bits and cheese.
