Ingredients: 2 cups of White rice , 2 cans 4.75 oz salchicha (goya sausage) cut in little quarters. One large onion (small diced) 1 large pepper (small dice) 6 garlic cloves or garlic minced one tbsp , 1 large bayleaf , a pinch of black pepper ,1 bunch of cilantro 2 tsp chopped , 2 package (1 sobre ) sazon goya, 2 tsbp sofrito goya , 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 can of goya black beans, red pepper, chicken broth, 1 avocado

Directions:In a pot (crockpot) add some 1 tsp oil, and add the 1tsp of onion and 1 tsp of pepper, 1 package of sazon, a tbsp of sofrito goya ,salt and pepper TT, to cook for 10 minutes then add salchichas (goya sausage) let that cook for another 5 minutes add 3 cups of water and 1 cup of chicken broth let that cook for atleast 5 minutes then add rice , mix and let that cook for another 10 minutes or until liquid is evaporated than mix and let that cook for 5 minites more or until u see the grain is open.In another pot add olive oil and Surtees the rest of the ingredients until translucent and add black beans .and sazon , sofrito cilantro, and a tsp vinegar...let that cook 4 to 8 minutes or until sauce thickens, then assemble your plates, sample on my picture above ..don't forget your slice of avocado. |
