Ingredients: 4 to 6 chuleta (pork chops) 2 cups of white rice , 1 can of white beans , small onion diced, small green peppers, 3 garlic glove,1 bunch or a tsp of cilantro, 2tsp vegetable oil, sazon con achiote (goya) 1 tsp Sofito (goya)

Directions:In a skillet add 4 cups of water. Let that boil, once it boiled add a pinch of salt and 2 tsp of oil, and add 2 cup of white rice, let that cook for atleast 20 minutes then stir ..then let that cook in low heat for another 10 minutes or until you see the grains open , In a bowl put in the pork chops and season with adobo, salt and pepper to taste. Let that marinate for 15 minutes, in a skillet add vegetable oil let that get heated for 3 minutes and add pork chop carefully to the skillet let that cook for 5 minutes or til you see it get lightly brown. Then turn over and do the same thing all over with the rest of the pork chops, add a little olive oil and add cilantro chopped onion, pepper, garlic, Surtees for 3 minutes and add beans, let that cook for atleast 5 minutes , after 5 minutes use the back of the spoon to see if there is a texture or (nappy) if you have a thick sauce , then assemble your plate.
