3 cups white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3 cups Pumkin (big can)
3 eggs
2 cups raisins (optional)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1/2 cup molasses
1 cup crisco
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pumkin pie spice
4 tsp. baking soda
5 cups flour

Directions:

Mix in order of ingredient list. Bake in 3 well greased bread pans at 350 degrees for 70 minutes.
Check for doneness by inserting toothpick in center; if it comes out clean it's done.
Refrigerate.
