Pork chops, 6 or so
onions sliced thin
lemon sliced thin
1 T brown sugar for each chop
equal parts ketchup and water, for 6 use about 1/3 cup each

Directions:
Season and brown chops in large skillet
Place one slice of lemon and one slice of onion on top of each chop. Place 1 T brown sugar on each chop
Mix ketchup and water together and pour over chops. Cover and simmer about 15 min, then uncover and simmer 15 more min!! Delish
