1/3 c. hot water
1/4 c. barbecue sauce
1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
1 T. teriyaki sauce
2 T. Dijon mustard
4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Cut raw chicken into chunks. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl and whisk together until incorporated. Some of this mixture can be reserved at this point for a dipping sauce if desired. Add chicken chunks to the remaining mixture and let marinate in the refrigerator 1 to 2 hours. Thread chicken onto skewers and grill until chicken is cooked through.
