2 slabs (5-6 lb.) pork spareribs

Marinade
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 T. soy sauce
1/4 c. honey

Broiled Pineapples
1 pineapple - peeled and cut into 1/2 in. slices
1/4 c. canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.

Place wire rack on a baking sheet - arrange ribs on top. Bake for 1 hour.
In a small bowl, stir together marinade ingredients.

Increase oven to 375º F.
Baste with marinade and bake for another 30 minutes. Basting every 10 minutes.
Turn ribs over and continue to bake and baste for 30 minutes more until ribs are dark, glazed and fork tender.
Cut and serve with broiled pineapples (instructions below).

-Broiled Pineapples-
Turn oven to broil.
Brush pineapple slices with canola oil
Arrange in one layer on baking sheet and broil 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
