1 lb. sauerkraut
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
1 pkg. smoked sausage, cut in 2-3 inch pieces split lengthwise
2 c. swiss cheese, shredded
rye or wheat crackers, crumbled
2 tblsp. margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Spread sauerkraut in bottom of pie pan. Top with tomatoes. Dot with dressing. Top with smoked sausage and cheese. Mix crackers and melted butter and sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes
