3/4 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. ketchup
2 T. cider vinegar
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 C. soy sauce
1/4 C. honey
3 cloves garlic-minced
1 tsp. salt
1 med. onion- sliced
5 lbs. country pork ribs - boneless is best

Directions:
Directions:
Placed sliced onion in the bottom of slow cooker.

In a large bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Add ribs a few at a time and turn to coat. Arrange the coated ribs on top of the onions. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hrs.
