1 lb. sweet or hot sausage
2 c. mozzarella cheese(shredded)
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1 egg (raw)
garlic powder
oregano
1 loaf bread dough

Directions:
Directions:
Fry sausage, drain. Mix sausage,cheeses,egg,and oregano. Spred dough on cookie sheet. Sprinkle w/garlic powder. Placesausage mixture lengthwise in center of bread dough. Fold one side of dough into middle, fold other side to middle. Fold ends underto seal dough. Fresh pizza or bread dough works best. You need a thick crust, so pizzadough made from package doesn't work well, Bake @ 350 for 30 - 45 minutes.
