3-4 lb. pork picnic roast
2 tbsp. Caribbean jerk seasoning
1 tbsp. minced onion
8 oz. Coke or Dr. Pepper
1/2 c. water
Bottle of BBQ sauce (your favorite flavor)

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork roast in crock pot and cover with seasoning and minced onion. Pour soft drink and water over roast. Cook on low 7-8.

When done, shred roast with fork. Pour BBQ sauce over shredded pork. Let warm in crock pot for about 30 mins.
