1 cup unsifted flour
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt, optional
3/4 cup cold margarine or butter
2 eggs
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand (Original or Fat Free) Sweetened Condensed Milk (not evaporated milk)
1 1/2 tsp. maple flavoring
2 cups pecan halves or pieces

Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa and salt; cut in margarine until crumbly. Stir in 1 beaten egg. Press evenly on bottom fo 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake 25 mins. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, beat Eage Brand, remaining egg and flavoring; stir in pecan halves. Pour over prepared crust, distributing pecan halves evenly. Bake 25 mins. longer or until golden. Cool. Cut into bars. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
