Serves 4
2 lbs pork ribs cut across the bone, cut into 1 inch squares
1 large jalapeņo, 1/8 inch slices, keep the ribs and seeds
2 tsp Chinese rice wine
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp soy sauce
1/8 tsp white pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
1 thumb sized piece of ginger, very finely sliced

Directions:

1. Mix all the seasonings and the pork ribs. Allow to sit and marinate for at least 10 minutes.

2. Bring water to a boil, and steam pork ribs for 10 to 20 minutes.

Note: Serve with steamy hot rice and leafy greens.
