4 lbs. hamburger
onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. chili powder
4 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup catsup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain hamburger and onion. Pour into large pot on stove. Add butter, vinegar, mustard, brown sugar, chili powder, lemon juice, catsup, worcestershire sauce, and tomato soup. Mix well and bring to boil. Simmer until cooked. You can add more brown sugar if you like your BBQ sweeter.

This is a nice recipe to use for large crowds. I doubled it and made for graduation events. Cooked it ahead of time and placed parts of it in ziploc bags, flattened it and froze.
