1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. quick-cooking oats
1 T. margarine, softened
Pie:
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin
1 can (12 oz) evaporated skimmed milk
4 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated orange peel (use back of cheese grater)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Spray pie pan with cooking spray. Mix topping in small bowl and set aside.

Place remaining ingredients in blender in order listed. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Sprinkle with topping.

Bake 50 minutes or until butter knife comes out clean when testing the center. Cool 15 minutes. Refrigerate about 4 hours before serving.
