As many boneless breast sections as people
white button or crimini mushrooms, match the other ingredients
Med-large onion, sliced
Green or red peppers, sliced
dry white wine,
2-3 chicken boulion cubes
2-5 cloves of garlic
a little water

Directions:
Directions:
Put a little olive oil and butter in a frying pan, brown chicken. Either in the same pan or a big pot-add some more oil and butter and saute onions, peppers, mushrooms and garlic. Add some water and mash the boulion cubes, add the chicken and white wine, some more water to not quite cover and simmer for about an hour.
Serve over pasta

This one meal got me through graduate school. Make it on Sunday, if study group comes over during the week - add more chicken and wine and heat. Make more pasta!
