5 lb large shrimp with heads- wash, drain and heavily salted and peppered
1/4 C Worcestershire sauce
3 lemons, juice and peel
liquid crab boil
bay leaf
1 tsp cayenne
2 tsp garlic puree
1 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/4 C olive oil
tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and mix with above ingredients in saucepan on stove top.

Cook awhile, at a low simmer. Remove from heat. Add shrimp(with or without heads). Soak for at least 3 hours or longer. Preheat oven to 400º. Cook 18-20 minutes stirring frequently. Time depends on size of shrimp. Test after 12 minutes.
