CUT SWEET POTATOES INTO SHAPED. WASH, DRY, AND PLACE IN MODERATELY HOT FAT. INCREASE HEAT UNTIL POTATOES RISE. DRAIN AND FRY AGAIN IN OPENING AND FILL EACH PUFF WITH SAUCE MADE BY MELTING 1/4 LB MARSHMALLOWS WITH 4 TBSP OF CREAM OVER SLOW FIRE.
