3 eggs, beaten
1 T vanilla
1 c raisins
1 c Crisco - butter flavor
1 c sugar
1 c brown sugar
2 1/2 c flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
2 c regular oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the eggs, vanilla, raisins. Cover and let sit for 1 hour. After the hour, add butter-flavor Crisco, sugar and brown sugar to the egg mixture . Beat well. Add the flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda. Stir well. Add oatmeal. Drop by teaspoonful on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 º for 12-14 minutes.
Optional: Frost with glaze made of powdered sugar, vanilla and milk.
Optional: Is also good with walnuts.
