3 lb. chuck roast
1 (12 oz.) bottle hot ketchup (with Tabasco, or regular ketchup with 1 tsp. Tabasco)
⅛ c. vinegar
¼ c. Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp. dry mustard
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
1 tsp. celery seed

Cook chuck roast in crock pot 8 hours, until tender and falling apart. Remove from crock pot and retain 1 cup of broth. Let cool and shred. Return meat and broth to crock pot. Add remaining ingredients and cook until warm. Serve on hamburger buns.
