Slab of ribs (county style is best)
½ c. ketchup
½ tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Garlic powder (to taste)
1 tsp. honey
2 drops Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Sprinkle garlic powder over ribs. Coat a 9 x 12 in. baking pan with cooking spray. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Bake at 350º F for 1 to 1 ½ hours, uncovered.
