2 cups sugar
1 cup margarine
6 ripe bananas, mashed
4 eggs, well beaten
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup golden raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Pinch of cloves

Cream sugar and margarine. Add mashed bananas and eggs. Combine flour, salt, soda and spices, blend well. Add raisins and nuts to dry ingredients. Blend wet and dry ingredients quickly. Do not over mix. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. in two greased loaf pans.
