1 lb. confectioners sugar 1/2 cup cocoa 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup butter 1 T. vanilla 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Blend sugar and cocoa in 3 qt. bowl. Add milk and butter. DO NOT STIR. Microwave at 100% power for 2 mins., then stir well. Add vanilla and nuts. Stir until blended. Pour into buttered 8 x 8 inch dish. Refrigerate until set. Cut into squares. Freezes well.
