several boneless chicken breasts
water
1/2 c. margarine
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Place boneless chicken breast in a large pot and cover with water. Add margarine, salt and pepper. Cook chicken thoroughly. Remove chicken and cut into small pieces when cool. Add egg noodles to the chicken broth and cook until done, then add cut up chicken.

If you like more seasonings, add bouillon or garlic and onion powder. This also works well if you add garlic and onion powder, Italian seasoning and use long grain cooked rice instead of noodles.
