3 c. cornmeal, 1 l/2 c. flour, 4 tbsp. butter, 1 qt. buttermilk, 4 oz. shredded Cheddar Cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Stir buttermilk in mix well. Fold in cheese and onion. Bake till done.
