3 lb. veal
1 lg. bottle of mushrooms
1 18 oz. Contadina tomato sauce
1 cup of flour
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
1/3 cup oregano
2 cups of rice
1 green pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tbsp. of garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Slice veal into thin bite size pieces.
Mix together flour, oregano, mushrooms, garlic salt, and parmesan in a bowl and add meat stir until completly covered.
Heat oil. Add mix of meat to oil and brown.
Make 2 cups of rice with equal amounts of water.
Add tomato sauce to meat and simmer.
Slice green pepper and add to meat and simmer until pepper is done. Serve meat mixture on top of rice.
Enjoy!
