2 lbs. ground chuck
1 cup coarsely crushed tortilla chips
1/3 cup plus 2 T. taco sauce, divided
2 T. taco seasoning mix
1 egg. lightly beaten
1/2 cup grated cheese, such as a combination of cheddar and Monterey Jack
1/2 cup ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground chuck, chips, 1/3 cup taco sauce, seasoning, egg and cheese. Press into 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees 1 hour, or until top is brown and loaf shrinks from edges. About 5 minutes. before end of baking time, combine remaining taco sauce with ketchup, spread over meatloaf and continue baking. Any remaining ketchup mixture can be served on the side with meatloaf.
