1 cup flour
1/2 cup quick rolled oats
2 T. brown sugar
1/3 cup margarine plus T. melted margarine
1 (1 lb.) can pumpking (2 cups)
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
Few grains of salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk (12 oz. works)

Use a glass 2 qt. oblong pan. Use 1 T. of the melted margarine to grease the pan. Preheat oven to 350.

Combine flour, rolled oats, brown sugar and margarine in mixing bowl. Mix until crumbly. Press into greased pan evenly, crust on bottom only. Bake at 350 for 15 mins. while making filling.

Combine eggs, pumpkin, sugars, salt and spice. Mix and add evaporated milk; bet well. Remove crust from oven. Slowly pour filling into crust. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 mins. or until filling is set. Remove. Cool in pan. When cold, cut in 2 inch squares.
