1 c sugar 1 c karo syrup (light) 1 tsp vanilla 1 1/2 c peanut butter 6 c special k cornflakes 12oz. butterscotch chips 6 oz. chocolate chips
Bring sugar, karo syrup, and vanilla to a boil. Add peanut butter to the mixture. Place butterscotch chips and chocolate chips in a bowl and melt together. Pour syrup mixture over cornflakes in a buttered cake pan. Spread butterscotch mixture over cornflakes and let cool.
