1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 large can apricots
1 small can mandarin oranges
1 medium can pineapple chunks
2 bananas, cut in 1/2 inch slices

Directions:
Directions:
Drain fruit, reserving 1 cup apricot juice. Mix fruit in large bowl. Mix pudding with apricot juice, stirring until clear. Pour over fruit and refrigerate overnight. (Ripe strawberries, nuts, cherries, etc. may be used also.)
