2 Racks baby back pork ribs
1/4 of an onion
2 Tablespoons rice vinegar (per bottle of bbq sauce)
1 Clove of garlic (smashed with a knife)
Enough bottles of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce to cover the ribs (Go Nuts!!!)

Directions:

Put ingredients in your handy Crock Pot.
Cook on high for approximately three hours.
Take out and broil in the oven for approximately 4 minutes (or to desired level of crispiness)
Serve.

Feel free to put back in crockpot to keep warm and soak up more BBQ!!!
