Soda Crackers
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups cocolate chips (milk or dark)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Evenly lay out in rows, enough soda crackers to cover sheet. Set aside. In a Saucepan, melt butter, add sugar and bring to a low boil. Stir constantly for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and pour over crackers. Bake at 350F. for 10 minutes Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top, gently spreading the melting chips into an even layer. Chill. Chill in the freezer if you want to eat this sooner rather than later!

These really do taste like Skor Bars if you use butter not margarine.
