8 slices white bread
8 eggs
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
onion
green pepper
2 lbs. sausage (one hot and one regular)
3-4 cups grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage together and drain. Tear bread into pieces covering bottom of cake dish. Pour milk over bread (just enough to soak up--do not float bread). In mixing bowl, beat the 8 eggs and add the mustard, onion, green pepper, drained sausage and cheddar cheese. Pour mixture over bread and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 300-325 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
