1 lb. caramels or 24 count
1 8oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Melt caramels in microwave, being careful not to "cook". Add softened cream cheese; blend well. Cut up apples to dip in caramels. Add nuts if desired.
