2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
1 cup crushed pineapple, well drained
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 lb. thinly sliced ham

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese until soft and smooth. Stir in pineapple, onion, pecans and mustard. Spread mixture on ham slices and roll up. Chill well. Slice into 1/2 inch slices before serving.
