4 cups barbecue sauce
4 cup applesauce
4 lbs pork ribs
Salt and Pepper
Cayenne Pepper
Garlic Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix BBQ sauve and applesauce in bowl. Place ribs on large sheet of aluminium foil and rub on all sides with salt, pepper, cayenne and garlic. Pour sauce over ribs to coat. Seal ribs in foil. Marinate in fridge for 8 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to high heat. Place ribs in foil on grill and cook 1 hour. Remove ribs from foil and place on grill. Continue cooking 30 minutes basting frequently with the sauce until done.
