1 (2 lb) bag cut spinach
5 garlic cloves (minced)
olive oil
1 1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
In small amount of olive oil saute minced garlic, when lightly browned, add frozen or fresh spinach.
Add water and lower heat cooking for about 6 minutes. Watching it doesn't stick or burn on the bottom. Turn heat off and leave covered about 10 minutes, it will steam cook the rest of the way.
