6 boneless skinless chicken breast
2 cups milk
2 cups breadcrumbs (flavored or unflavored)
2 tbs. oil
1 3/4 cup marsela wine
1/4 cup shallots
1 1/2 cups mushrooms
1/2 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken breasts out with meat mallet to about 1 inch thick. In a bowl put your milk . In another bowl put your breadcrumbs.Dip each piece of chicken breast in milk, then in breadcrumbs. On medium heat saute in large skillet with the oil for about 10 minutes add shallots and mushrooms .add 1/2 stick of butter and cook on medium high heat. add marsela wine and bring to a boil then lower heat to medium low cover and cook for 20 minutes . serve over pasta or rice
