1 3/4 cups sifted all- purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs well beaten
1/3 cup oil
1 cup mashed banana (2-3 bananas)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350"f
sift dry ingredients together.Combine eggs, oil, and mashed bananas add to dry ingredients and beat untill smooth. Bake in oiled 8 1/2x4 1/2x2 1/2" loft pan for 60 minutes. cool thourghly before slicing
