4 whole chicken breast, may be deboned
3 T. melted butter
1 10 3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 0.8 pkg Italian salad dressing mix
1/2 c. Sauterne or dry sherry
1 8 oz cartoon whipped cream cheese and chives

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken breasts in butter and place in a 9x9 baking dish. Stir remaining ingredients into browning butter and mix thoroughly. Pour over chicken and bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. (May be prepared ahead and baked later.)
