2 lbs confectioners sugar (plus extra for coating)
1/2 stick margarine (soft)
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 C. mashed potatoes
milk
peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place 2 # confectioners sugar, margarine, vanilla and potatoes in a bowl; add a little milk and work it into a ball that is firm enough to roll. Roll this out on waxed paper that is covered with confectioners sugar. Spread with peanut butter. Roll it back up in the waxed paper and store in refrigerator. Slice it off as you want to eat it.
