Directions:
Simmer a pot of water and pickling spice for a good 1/2 hour. Simmer the baby back ribs sections for about an hour and a half. The ribs are tender but not falling off the bone. Before baking, place foil on a baking sheet with low sides. Put the ribs on the foil and paint your favorite bar-b-que sauce on all sides of the ribs. Bake at 325º for 45 minute to an hour to keep warm.
Serve on large platter.
